So I updated to SL and I know people will tell me different but my colors on my screen look GREAT!!! Has anyone else upgraded to SL on a late 2009 Alu Macbook and seen this?
Now I have Time Machine/Time Capsule and if I ever need to restore from TM do I need the SL disk still? I really hate having 2 set of disks because I am worried I will lose 1 or the other.
Everything seems much snappier also on SL, I really like it a lot so far.

The color change is because the gamma default in SL is 2.2 vs 1.8 in Leopard. The biggest change for my 08 Unibody is that all the colors look pop more but at the expense of some contrast...I've gotten used to it now though so I don't even notice it anymore

Ok good, I think they do look bolder. I was waiting for someone just to say I don't know what I'm talking about and the screens are crap.

Well, the first release screens are crap (my 9C89 is a testament to that)...SL's new color calibration just hides the crappiness a little bit ;)
