I have an older white Macbook (about 2 years old.) The day before I installed Snow Leopard, I had my Pinnacle HD mini stick usb tv tuner plugged in with a Phillips HD antenna. It worked great -- 100% signal strength, 100% signal quality.
After I installed Snow Leopard, I got no signal. 100% signal strength, 0% signal quality. Since Snow Leopard was the only change, I figure it must have caused the problem. I use Elgato's EyeTv, and I downloaded their upgrade for Snow Leopard, and still no signal.
I've only owned a Mac for a year, and I'm stumped as to what might be causing this. I haven't seen anybody else on any of the sites posting a similar problem. You folks seem to know what you're doing. Do any of you have a clue what might be causing the problem, and what I can do short of going back to Leopard to fix it?
Thanks,
Jo
