Snow Leopard Apple Store Release Day

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but yesterday in the Apple store when I was picking up my copy of Snow Leopard some employee was taking photos. Will those photos go online? If so where?

I highly doubt it. It was probably just for their own personal enjoyment.

Pretty sure if your pic was taken and you didn't sign a release they're not for release. I know it sounds silly but technically they should have a release if they're going to use your photo for just about anything.
