So last night looking at my gfs macbook (mid 2010) as I had to take it in today to get the bottom replaced as its peeling off. Doing some maintenance things, I was doing a repair permissions which went fine. Then I wanted to verify disk and it told me I needed to boot with a disk and do a repair disk due to being corrupt files/volume.
Question is;
I wanted to load Lion on her mac anyways instead of the latest snow leopard. If I do a clean install and then do the migration assistant would that be a bad thing am I bringing old problems back into the new install?
I don't want her losing everything.. so I am not sure is it worth doing a clean install if I am just going to do migration assistant afterwards?
