snow leopard dock grids

hi boys & girls

probably a stupid question so i thought i'd ask it here

how do i shrink the size of the icons in grid view on dock? (see attachment)
they are massive at the moment & because im only on a macbook white 13", it takes up soo much of the screen.

any help; much appreciated!

I don't think you can, in Leopard at least. You could change to list view, though.

in leopard they were smaller and for me perfect size
i know in finder view options you can control the icon size, but there is no such option (correct me please) for grids
