Snow Leopard Finder Not Refreshing with files saved via Parallels

I ve been using Parallels v6.0.12106 with SL for a year. Recently When I save a file from Windows into a Mac Drive using Parallels the finder doesnt automatically refresh itself. For example I used to be able to take a photo from a USB connected camera connected via Windows/Parallels, and have it saved directly to a folder on my Mac drive. With the finder window open I would see it appear automatically. Now, the new file does not appear automatically; instead I have to use the back arrows in finder, and leave that finder space, and re-enter that folder somehow in order to see newly added files.

Is it a Parallels issue?
