snow leopard firewall

I was playing around with SL firewall and it does not seem to keep my setting between restarts. Every time I reboot it asked me the sane questions about my apps. Is there a way to set it once and let it do it's job.

im having the same problem. itunes always asks me for incoming permission every reboot. same with transmission. anyone know a solution. tried installing itunes 9 again. didnt work.
