Bought my copy at 10:00 AM at the Apple Store in Sapporo, Japan. Was out the door with SL in five minutes. They had all flavors of SL in both Japanese and English version packaging. There were 18 people waiting when the store opened. Was home by 10:30, fully updated by 11:10 and have been playing around with it for the past hour. Build number 10A432. First impression: Smooth install and FAST! No bugs or incompatibilities noticed so far with existing software. Nice!
