Snow Leopard Mail "missing plugin"???

I'm running 10.6.8 and recently replaced my hard drive and re-installed my system starting with Leopard upgrading to Snow-Leopard. I am using Mail for email. I now get a "missing plugin" message on some emails with attachments that I never got before. If I put a Quicktime movie into mail to mail it, it gives me this error.

Any help is appreciated.
