Since I'm having problem with rss in snow leopard mail.
Can't update nor retrieve new articles anymore
and also can't remove, it pop right back everytime you restart mail.

Also it actually crash Mail whenever there's RSS.
So I'm looking for a very very simple third party RSS reader until Apple fix it.

Can anyone here recommend me any software?
I have no clue where to start.

I too have this problem - glad it isn't just me!

I left Apple an email saying what happened, and that deleting and re-adding the feeds doesn't work. The bad thing is, it still saps away my internet bandwidth and causes Mail to be unable to shutdown without a force quit.

Here's hoping for a fix ASAP.

EDIT - If I leave it going long enough, it does eventually download all RSS feeds. Strangely, there doesn't seem to be a limit on how many feeds you can have. Before, each feed could hold 40 messages it seems (I never got any more than that), but one of my feeds held 47 messages when it finally downloaded them. Took too long and hogged a lot of bandwidth though.

I have the problem of the RSS feeds not deleting at all in SL's Mail's RSS feed. Once I read them and seemly delete the RSS entry (from a feed) it comes right back. I even rechecked the Mail's Preferences feed settings and it makes no difference. It happens both on my SL Mac Book Pro & Mac Pro so I suspect this might be a bug.
