Snow leopard on a compaq presario cq57

Well I just finished my installation of virtual box and I selected the .iso after a start I get this.

How do I get to the installer or get around this.


I've tried re-installing and restarting my VirtualBox. I can not get paste this, How can I just install Snow leopard like everyone else and Go about my business with it?>!?
