Snow Leopard & Quicktime: Adjusting Aspect Ratio

I'm having a problem with the new version of Quicktime included in the Snow Leopard upgrade. Previously in QT I could adjust the aspect ratio of the file by clicking on Window>Properties. From there I could change the ratio of the video and save it with the new settings. Did they take this option away in the new version of QT or did they hide it from me?

Is is most likely removed. You will have to install QT 7 from the SL DVD. QTX consists of a pretty interface and large amounts of fail.
