I downloaded my upgrade to Snow Leopard, How am I to re install it if I don't have a disk for it?

you can...

a) buy the Snow Leopard install DVD (recommended if you didn't get your upgrade from Apple)
b) restore your install of Snow Leopard to a DVD, or USB stick using Disk Utility
c) restore your install to an internal partition (using Disk Utility) that you can delete when you are done

to clone your DMG (which I assume it is) to a partition, USB, or DVD... read this
