Anyone have any idea when this puppy is getting released, the only thing I can find is sometime in the 3rd Qtr. of 2010, but I hope sooner.

You mean 3rd quarter of 2009, it is more likely to be Q4/Q1 of 2010 than Q3 of 2009, judging by the last seed.

We may find out something at WWDC, which is next week.
