Snow Leopard Supplies Run Short

Has anyone run into this on 9to5Mac this evening? Hopefully it means that Lion will be available very soon after the WWDC event in two weeks. I understand that there's still bugs with the latest build, but for what I've heard, they've made leaps and bounds to make the latest build very stable and hopefully consumer ready.

Remember when there was a rumor of the GM build being very close only what we saw next was 'DP2'? I'm guessing 'DP3' is hidden as the GM1 build for a surprise release at WWDC.

That maybe true, but I thought that the Snow Leopard shortage was a good sign.

I wasn't disagreeing with the article, I was simply adding more evidence of it being released sooner rather than later.
