I presently have an intel iMac, using only Tiger. Is it possible to install Snow Leopard only on one partition and be able to access both Tiger and Snow Leopard at different times? I would like to have both available because Tiger is so problem free regarding my music and I would have to purchase updates for my music if I just use Snow Leopard.

Thanks,
Stan

Why do you believe that Snow Leopard would force you to purchase updates for your music?

There's no reason you need to purchase updates unless you're talking about programs like Logic Pro and such.

In any case, you can install Snow Leopard on a 2nd partition or 2nd hard drive and leave Tiger untouched.
