Hi there
I thought I would just post my experience as it may be useful to somebody.
I had assumed that I had just missed out on the Snow Leopard up-to-date programme here in the UK, because I ordered my Mac Pro from the UK online store on 26th May 2009.
Obviously the up-to-date programme specifies that you must have purchased your Mac on or after 8th June.
I almost didn't bother trying for the up-to-date programme BUT my machine shipped on 8th June, and just now I suddenly got inspired to just give the up-to-date programme a shot - it worked and I now have Snow Leopard on order for £7.95.
It seems then that if you ordered online, it is looking at the shipping date rather than the order date. I suppose that's because they only bill you when they're ready to ship.
I just thought this might be useful info to somebody else who would otherwise miss out.
