i am canfused because it says License Type :
Version upgrade package

what does that mean ??

and i can use it only once ??

Yes you can clean install. Version upgrade means that you can use this disk to upgrade your OS. You can use it as many times as you want on one Mac only.

Upgrade means you are supposed to own a previous version of OS X already, specifically Leopard. What Mac are you using?
