So tonight my other half, and I refuse to say better half, dropped his phone in the snow because it slipped out of his hands. I could kill him alone for this, but thats off the subject. We both have iPhone 3G's on a family plan. Since he dropped his, the "mute" slider is gone, and he can't make calls using anything other then his bluetooth headset which was on at the time. What are our options/what will AT&T or Apple do? Can we purchase a replacement phone at the discounted price? I don't think the snow really did any damage, more the fall. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
