Looks like the Windows OS was installed upside-down (or maybe they were just using the left-handed version), with the screen image showing wrong-side up (apparently)
Prolly not too obvious that the display is also wrong-side up.
Maybe it's just a BIOS setting
(SNSV --- rofl) That poster might get $25 more, after paying some shop $400 to get the display panel upside-right
