Is it actually better than the iPhone 4 camera? I know megapixels aren't everything, but I have no idea what the other stuff is that they mentioned about the camera. But from my understanding it is better, but I could very easily be wrong.

Yes, this camera will actually be a big leap forward. It has a lot of tech in it that make it a lot better than many of the point and shoot cameras on the market today. I really think that this new camera will be a bigger deal than people realize right now.
