As the title said, they sent me a empty box for returning my faulty ipod. As i'm getting this shipped to the place i work i thought i could speed up the process by putting the iPod inside and sending it back with the same UPS guy. But should i bring the complete box with accessories or just the iPod? And any thoughts on how long it usually takes to get it repaired or swapped? (this is in europe by the way)

When sending repairs to Apple, never give any accessories. Just the iPod. And as far as time is concerned, it just depends. I'd say it'll take 4-5 business days not including the shipping back and forth.
