so i check online and see that there is no tmobile 5s available but there is tons of att 5s 16gb. I call and ask if i could buy one physically in the store because i want device only so they said no only online purchase pick up. i call more then one apple store and all of them and say in store pickup only. They have them in stock in there physical stores but said to come back tomorrow in the morning to buy it. Yeah i don't have time for that **** and by then they will all be sold out within the hour. I will never get this phone my goodness

Guess you've got to either wait until one comes in stock or look to other retailers that might have them.
