WE DONT KNOW

no one has a pre-ordered unit yet, so until people start getting them WE JUST DONT KNOW

so CHILL

maybe they are holding the pre-orders for a reason

no one knows

If it hasn't shipped yet you will probably be fine since I bet that they are working on fixing it in new batches which yours should be part of if it hasn't shipped.

And if it isn't fixed, just continue to argue with Apple in the store or on the phone until they replace it. Apple doesn't want bad press for these QA issues, so they will just replace it with a new unit. I really think Apple was trying to rush these into market, and cut a few corners that they now know cannot be cut. I expect my unit to either have a very good screen, or it's going back. I paid 300 dollars for a high quality media player, and that is what I expect to get. No less.
