So, are we going to have Outlook Tasks synced with 3.0?

Right now I'm having to use IMExchange for my tasks and notes, but it doesn't sync until you open the program and wait about 15 seconds. Also doesn't give alerts on tasks, along with a number of other shortcomings.

If there was a task app for outlook just like there is for mail and calendar, that would be awesome, but I haven't heard anything about it yet.

outlook type of apps

are there any apps that link between email or sms for tasks? I need a way to send jobs and info to my employees without them having to sync to a computer. It would be nice to send them an email or message, have that link to a task manager or to do list, then when they finish the job they can send an update back.... I need them to be able to see their schedule from one app and send info bi-directionally from to and from our office.
