Does this make any sense? I have been trying to check my order status for over an hour and a half on the phone since I cant check it online. I have been transferred to 6 diff people and given 4 diff phone numbers. The last guy told me the order # I have is an internal # that starts with TORD and that they cant give me a tracking # because my order # is an internal # and there is no way to track my package. He said I will definitely have it on Friday, but after all the BS I have been through, I want to make sure. Is that even possible that their system would not have a tracking # placed on my order once its shipped?

So because I ordered over the phone through AT&T they cant give me a tracking number?
