A while ago, I bought a blue third-party USB mouse that was billed as indestructible. It looked very comfortable, and was easy to use - but has one minor drawback, namely, that it won't work with low-power USB ports. Anyway... I managed to spill a glass of water on my desk, and it affected the mouse. The mousepad was completely ruined. The mouse, though... all it needed was drying off, and it worked perfectly!
