So can I install Bootcamp Windows via the new USB drive method?

If so, how? I want to buy a new MBA and a copy of Windows 7 soon. Or do I need to get an external Superdrive for the bootcamp installation?
 
If USB installs of 7 work on a normal MacBook can't see why they wouldn't on the Air. I haven't tried but in theory can't see why it wouldn't work...
