So I don't currently use group messaging, but I'm curious as to how it works. I've Googled a lot about it, but I'm still confused as heck.

1. Can it send a mixture of iMessages and MMS'es, or does it default to the lowest common denominator?

2. Is it basically just making the other person's phone "reply all" to the MMS, or does it actually route back to your phone, which would then rebroadcast it out to the rest of the group?

3. Does it only support MMS? I know at least one person who has MMS blocked (data block on AT&T).

4. What does it show up like on Android? It is some annoying MMS that's hard to read, or does it just show up as a regular message inline with everything else?

Oh, it would be so much easier if Apple released an iMessage app for Android so everyone could just use that lol.
