From what I've seen white models are limited to review and store display units.

Though Orange UK have been advertising the white model available from their website.

Even the Apple stores don't have the white version on display. A stupid black eye (or white eye) mistake for Apple!

Last night I seriously had a dream that I walked by the Apple store and saw a frenzy of people, and they had the white iPhone on sale. Then somehow I had to order online, and I was next in the queue, and then it refreshed the page and I got bumped to the back. Sigh.
