wipe out your personal contacts/calendar/e-mail to replace it with your work accounts? Maybe it was fixed before 2.1, so surely it's good now, right?

You can group them quite easily to separate Exchange and personal. I have always been able to do it since 2.0.

Really? Every review I read about the iPhone 3G (which was then running 2.0) had problems with Exchange support wiping out personal data.

User error. I had no problem, but I am too lazy to go in details on how.
