Ok so...i'm not buying one, i'm squeezing another 8 months out of this 3GS

BUT is there anyone cleverer than me here that can do the maths for me.

The iPhone 4S gets 1 more hour of talk time, over the 4...but LOSES 100 hours of standby time.

So my question is this, based on the fact that over 90% of the time, my phone is in standby rather than being used to talk to people...does this mean i would get more or less life between recharges?

It's a head scratcher for sure!

I am really curious about this as well. I just cannot figure out what would cause it to lose ONE HUNDRED hours of standby. The only thing I can think is that they are assuming we are using the new "GEO-Fences" and "Find my Friends". My other theory is that the new antenna design has caused it.
