Is the heat and issue? I have a 4G - wifi iPad and during angry birds and using safari it gets noticeably warm. I don't care what my local news says, but from the tech community is this an issue? Can the heat damage my iPad?

Just some note

I am mostly on wifi
My brightness is always 100% ( don't know why I just like it bright!)
Only use smart cover


Also I'm thinking about getting a speck or belkin snap case, will this cause it to stay warm or heat up faster?

It gets like 10 degrees fahrenheit warmer than the iPad 2, that's 5 celsius.

No the increased heat is not an issue.

This other guy already created a thread in which he posted a link to another site that apparently "Confirmed" it to not be an issue, I don't know who those people are but if they say its confirmed (and this is the internet), so it must not be an issue.

It's not an issue as long as it doesn't get really hot. If it does you have a defective device. You should be able to comfortably hold it. Mine feels a bit warm when charging or doing anything really intensive. Yes, it's warmer than my iPad 2 (which always stayed cool) but it's not a real problem.
