No nada. The entire time, I was unable to get anything through. Even during times some said they were able to finally get in. This is actually the first time I tried pre-ordering something, but I never thought it would be that bad.
Still, I've gotten everything else, with no pre-order, so I'm not that hung up about it. Though I do kind of feel that pre-ordering is a waste of time if they all are hassles, like that.

Still trying. I keep getting that dumb message about them not being able to setup my account online. It makes no sense. I'm an existing AT&T customer.
