Sounds about right!

Default screen auto-lock is 1 minute, OP has his set to 5 minutes, that means since he's at 10 %, he should approximately have about an hour left of usage, which puts him at 6ish hours usage. Assuming he's on 3G for that time he's getting just what he should!

I ran my phone until it died. Was just like yours but when I reached 1% it last for over 30 minutes watching netflix!

i get 5 hours of usage best, but usually I'm at 3% with around 4 and a half

I pull 7-8 sometimes even 9 hours of pretty heavy usage, so yeah that is shite. Exchange your phone.

My battery has been getting better day by day. Give it a couple days if battery doesn't improve exchange or return. Also can take pics of Usage so the geniuseseses can see.

Just turn of some location based settings like automatic Timezone and stuff that you really don't need and you'll be good to go

Didn't know there was such a difference with the 4s. My 4 gets 6 hours of usage with brightness set to max. Heavy usage all on 3G too.

This depends what your usage is. If you've been playing infinity blade for 4 hours then thats pretty good i'd say.
