hey folks,

I bought a new Macbook pro on saturday, and I noticed a hair thin scratch on the top.

Do you think its worth it to take it back & ask for a replacement.
I mean... I am kinda anal like that, but I hate dealing with Genius bar over issues like this.

I had that light bleeding issue with my iphone 3g ages ago. I took it to the genius bar and they acted like I was crazy... lol

Hey maybe its just my ocd... what do you guys say?

Ps: i also fear, what if the replacement laptop has some other issue. ITs never ending u know. *sigh*

you spend alot on it.

so if it came out of the box that like that go and get a different one

i expect perfection for any of my premium priced apple hardware out of there fresh new boxes

good call tac.
i think i'll take it. otherwise this will bother me. and honestly, If i have to settle for any type of imperfection, then i shouldnt pay full price.

Take it Back

It has already been said, but you paid a boatload of money for it, it should be 100% to your satisfaction, not to the satisfaction to any Apple Genius. And after they give you the new one say "who's the genius now b@tch@s" LOL
