So I bought a new time capsule. Is USB printing still fubarred?

I have a TC now and a samaung CL 310 color laser. Basically I have to unplug USB after every print job for next job to print.

I even bought a USB print server. It also has problems but different.

Why can't they just make this work?

You've removed/re-added the printer, reset the printing system, downloaded up-to-date drivers? See if Samsung has a similar page to this one provided by HP: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/fastFaqLiteDocument?lc=en&cc=uk&dlc=en&docname=c00041866
