Hey guys so I finally got my pre-order in. I am currently on AT&T with an iPhone 3GS. Have been waiting for the 4S for a while! AT&T is HORRIBLE in my area (Los Angeles) so I am excited about the switch for better service.

Kind of annoyed though because, my whole family is grandfathered into unlimited data for verizon where I will not be. I am grandfathered into AT&T unlimited so I hope I am not making a mistake by switching and losing that :(

My question is...what data package are people usually getting for Verizon? I feel like 2GB does not sound exactly like it is efficient space but I have heard people say it is.

On my iPhone which I got refurbished from apple store on Aug 11, up to now says I have used 5 GB of data.

I usually just browse email, but almost all the time I am on WiFi so data is not affected when on WiFi correct?

Also are people getting the extended warranty from Verizon? Or Applecare is better?

Also how do people like their iPhone 4's on Verizon? Any input? Can you still jailbreak them? :p;)

if you have an apple product your always best to go to apple fo any issues.

as for data well if you go over 2gb then you stuck paying $10 for an additional 1gb. My plan is unlimited and plan to stay there for as long as i can. The data game is the new text plan scam.

You with Verizon or AT&T?

I'm with Verizon and have unlimited but I usually check to see what my data is and I never go over 2gb.
