So I have until the 21st so swap my phone still?

A good friend works at Apple and is being very vague regarding this...

But I have until the 21st to return my phone correct? Even if I walk in and granted they have them in supply and simply say I want a different color, they have to honor it correct? Assuming they're is nothing cosmetically wrong with the phone?

They usually exchange for the same color. You can return it, and then order another phone of a different color and wait again.

I exchanged a 16gb for a 64gb yesterday ... Same color though. Pretty sure you could prob swap for different color but better make sure they have some in stock. I called daily for about a week before they had the 64gb in stock.

Nice! Apple store? Did they give you an entirely brand new package, or just swap out the device?

Yes @ Apple store ... They will give you what you give them ... I had the box but left all my accessories at home ... I got the new box but they kept the new headphones, cable and charger.
