So, I just realized that you can't sync your notes and To-Do list.

I finally started to use the Apple Mail app on my computer, but I can't sync my notes or To-Do list. How wildly disappointing. Any workarounds out there, besides the 'make a NOTES contact'?

Omnifocus is the only one right now and you'd have to buy the desktop app.

And you'd have to use mobile me.
