So I ordered my MBP - hope I don't have any regrets!

I just ordered my 15" MBP
2.2GHz, 2Gb RAM, Geforce 8600GT 128MB.

I couldn't decide between matte screen or glossy - thought i'd prefer glossy.
I ordered today, and because I live in South Africa, I was told the glossy would take approximately 2 months, whereas the matte would be sooner (latest 3 weeks)

Anyway, I went for the matte option because I don't want to wait 2 months for my laptop! I hope I've made the right choice

I'm personally a matte fanboy; but glossy does seem to have a richer picture. Colors seem a bit more vibrant; enjoy!

Having a PC should be all the justification you need.

PC glossies are a LOT different from Apple's, just FYI.

Good choice going with matte. I have glossy on my MacBook (only option available for those), and I hate it. The glare is very annoying. My MBP however has a matte screen and I couldn't love it more
