If you think you can buy a $2400 machine for $1500 then buy away.
However, 3 seconds with Google will give you at least 5 answers to your question.
 
fake. No one will sell you for a half of price if it was real. I am going to post fake ad for new mbp for 11 hundred. We will see how many people would like to get rid of their hard earned money.:):):):)

Come on people! How ridiculous can you be? This topic has been discussed on plenty websites. Better buy a macbook than fake mbp.

its not that money is such an issue but who doesnt want to pay less when its possible.
 
My favorite is "let me buy it even though I know its a scam, but I'll kick myself if its a deal! And my cc/ebay/paypal will just take care of it". If anyone on here has that type of mentality, please send your money my way. I'll be more than happy to play.

Its hard to blame the scammers when its the suckers that create them.

Don't listen to these people, that's totally legit. After you buy it, get in touch with me, I can hook you up with a new 30" LCD for $300, and get you Lasik eye surgery for only $200 per eye.

Oh also if you're interested, I'll have the PowerBook G5 in stock on Tuesday.
