Yes, if they have the supplies to fill the order. I pre-ordered mine on keynote day.

I got two.

One for the order and one clarifying the delivery date of the 19th.

The original e-mail had a mistake on the delivery date.

Believe me, Apple knows that people want their phones on launch day, not after.
