So I'm about to replace my iphone glass

i dropped it the other day and the front glass smashed and the new one has come in the mail with the tools.

Any tips from anyone who has tried replacing it before. I'm following the youtube video

it's 2nd gen. Didn't get around to it last night. Will attempt it tonight.
