So since iOS 5 won't be released until October 12th I'm guessing it's safe to assume the iPhone won't be released before that date. That kinda sucks. Longer than I was hoping

If the GM is out today (expected) devs need time for final testing with iOS5 and time to get ios5 apps submitted to apple and time for apple to get approvals done so they are ready when ios5 goes live. October 12th is about the earliest that all could happen.

Egh I wish he would hurry up and get over with it so I could see all the iPhone 4S details. I'm already pleased with the 4's speed so the A5 isn't all that tempting to me.
