So IOS update didnt fix video glitch

Everytime I watch video and turn the phone to landscape the video glitches and goes back a bit. not sure why but never happened to ios8. anyone have this issue?

Currently dont have that issue on my iPhone 5.

same here. There are some other glitchy behaviors too, like scrub bar continuing while video is buffering, and sound sometimes not working while on silent

okay. thought this would be an easy fix. but apparently not. this is on my new iphone 6. not sure why its happening on the 6 and not other devices.
