AT&T announced their "4G" network.
Leaked parts of the next gen iPhone surfaced with a SIM slot, which btw, the design doesn't look that different from the current iPhone 4.

What does this mean?

Apple will release a new iPhone called, "iPhone 4G" with some new goodies inside. :)

Also their LTE network will roll out this summer, which leads me to believe that the next iPhone might be able to switch from 4G to LTE

All those links confirm what I said. They're pushing HSPA+ this year and only starting their LTE network halfway through this year, meaning it won't be much of a network until 2012.

So when I said that an LTE iPhone won't come out 'till 2012, I stand by that.

If they come out with a HSPA+ iPhone in 2011 and call it 4G then that's not my problem because I specifically said (as did you) LTE iPhone so that's clearly all we're talking about here.

If the next gen iPhone wont support LTE then it'll at least support AT&T's version of "4G" HSPA+, which then leads me to believe Apple will call it the iPhone 4G, since they have no reason to call it iPhone 5 because the iPhone 4G will most likely get minor tweaks such as redesigned antenna seams and what not

lol. Fail thread is fail. His evidence contradicts his case.

I knew this thread was really just to troll for responses....I posted warning about it and I got reported.
