Just another tidbit in the is it or isn't it question we all seem to ponder. I sent an email to the address on Thursday and received a rather prompt call from Apple on Friday. The call came from a lady from Executive Relations and she referenced my email as an email sent to Mr. Jobs. Just thought I would share, odd thing is, I didn't include a phone number in the email but they called me anyways....I guessing or at least hoping they looked up my email and got my apple ID and got my phone number from there, if not they clearly are using black magic.

It's actually the email address of LeRoy Sventatne Job, Sr.. He's the Executive Vice President of Email Responses in Apple's MobileMe (né .Mac) division.
