So is the next MBP launch going to be a refresh or something new?

I'm predicting one more refresh, then the release after that will be something big. Maybe Apple will finally get the laptop/tablet combo down. They learned/are learning a lot from the iPad and I predict that in a few years we'll all be using amazing laptop/tablet combos.

But as the days tick by, I have less and less faith in a refresh. Maybe there will be some amazing laptop launch a couple months after early adopters shell out for the iPad.

I mean, they may be hard to find, as only 7 out of 10 seem to be focused on them.

Maybe a "combo" in the sense that we'll have both and they'll work together. But the actual combination always seems to turn out bad - either you end up with a tablet that turns into a craptacular laptop, or a laptop that turns into a too-thick tablet.
