So, is there going to be a Snow Leopard launch event Friday?

When Leopard was released, Apple shut down all of their stores until 6 PM on Leopard launch day in order to have a launch event. They passed out t-shirts and whatnot and it was a blast! Does Apple have anything like this planned for Snow Leopard?

You'll want to call your Apple store. I called mine up today and they said they were expecting "Cheering, excitement, and lots of people".
